Product Manager II

As a Product Manager II at VinSolutions, you will provide product leadership in a strategically significant domain within our CRM platform. This role will contribute to a variety of initiatives that align with our evolving business priorities and customer needs.

You will partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, UX, Engineering, Architecture, and Solution Delivery to drive product strategy, execution, and alignment across the organization. Your ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, both technical and non-technical, is essential to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

To succeed in this role, you must be comfortable navigating ambiguity and translating high-level strategy into actionable plans. You will leverage both quantitative and qualitative research to inform product decisions, and work iteratively to deliver tangible value. The ideal candidate brings a balance of humility, curiosity, and strong influencing skills to foster collaboration and drive a shared vision for the future of our platform.

Who You Are

You know how to foster collaboration and lead a team through changing priorities and feedback. Here's what else you bring to the table :

A Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 2 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and up to 2 years' experience; or 14 years' experience in a related field

A broad understanding of business, product performance and industry principles, practices and procedures

Familiarity with SAFe Agile methodology

Hands-on experience with the design, development and implementation of product plans, creating epics and features, identifying KPIs and conducting competitive research and analysis

Experience working cross-functionally with a variety of different domains, including engineering, finance and business development

A basic understanding of engineering architecture with experience working with engineering teams to deliver products

Strong verbal and written communication skills for different types of audiences

This person must be comfortable navigating ambiguity, taking initiative, and pushing through uncertainty with resilience
