Living Well Disability Services delivers exceptional services that transform the lives of people impacted by disabilities. With 36 group homes throughout the 10-county area we specialize in providing a holistic approach to wellness and well-being for the people living in our homes.
As a Staff Nurse at Living Well Disability Services you will provide direct nursing support and oversight of medical supports to people living in our homes. This includes partnering with the home manager and staff to ensure cohesive medical supports are provided according to the needs of each person, providing direction and supervision of unlicensed staff regarding health-related issues within the scope of nursing practice and working directly and effectively with people receiving services, staff and others as needed to provide optimal health care to each person. Each nurse has a caseload of approximately 1-4 homes. Key areas of accountability include (but are not limited to) :

Qualifications :
Must have current RNlicense, MN Drivers License, and ability to pass a MN DHS Background Study.
