Myo - PATH (130 King St W, CL02, Toronto, ON)
Front Desk Associates (FDA) at Myo are responsible for providing exceptional service and hospitality, managing all aspects of clinic front desk operational tasks, and providing consistent support to our team of clinicians treating at each clinic.
Ideal availability candidate will be working 2-3 shifts as week :
- Weekday PMs [2 - 9 PM]
- Saturdays

What You'll Do
Provide all clients exceptional service and hospitality in line with Myo standardsIntroduce new clients to our service offerings with clear, on-brand messaging via phone, walk in, written communicationConstantly monitor and manage the clinic schedule including implementing best practices around shift optimization, initial booking strategy and waitlist managementEnsure all claims, invoices, transactions are submitted and filed accurately.Maintain clean, consistent client notes for seamless service to each clientConsistently monitor and maintain clinic organization and cleanliness : this may include regular sanitization of the space, cleanup of movement tools and equipment, wipe down of surfaces, replenishment of therapist pods and treatment rooms, and other necessary tasksEngage in any tasks related to client follow up, business driving or marketing initiatives as assignedMaintain consistent communications with all other FDAs and clinic staff to ensure seamless handoff from one shift to the nextShare insights from daily shifts, therapists and client feedback to Operations Lead as relevantWho We're Looking For
You have 1+ years of experience working in a customer service and / or hospitality roleYou must be able to work a minimum of 2 shifts per weekYou care deeply about ensuring positive client interactions and experiencesYou are proud of the team and workspace youre a part of, exemplified through a well maintained, presentable clinicYou pay attention to every detail - small or big.
