A company is looking for a Loan Officer Assistant-Mortgage Loan Processor.

Key Responsibilities

Manages each loan file from conditional approval to clear to close

Evaluates loan applications to ensure they meet submission standards for underwriting

Communicates documentation requests with borrowers and ensures accuracy of loan files

Required Qualifications

Proven experience as a mortgage loan processor or in a similar mortgage position

Basic understanding of loan guidelines and underwriting procedures

Strong work ethic

Ability to excel in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
