Salary : $90,000 - $125,000 per year.

Based in Butte, Montana we are a R&D company focused on Engineering and Manufacturing solutions for the last 25 years. We are actively looking for a Senior Electromechanical Engineer with an advanced degree and a minimum of 10+ years within a manufacturing environment.

Job Details

Responsibilities :

  • Take responsibility for assigned projects from inception to completion.
  • Generate project requirements to resolve product / process problems and support the development of new products and processes, initiate technical investigations, and prepare design specifications, analyses, and make recommendations for presentation to management for approval.
  • Design for manufacture, including a broad range of prototype, precommercial and new commercial products being nurtured in an advanced product development environment, with an emphasis on providing quality products to demanding industrial manufacturing businesses.
  • Track record of solid technical leadership with preference given for experience designing products for manufacture.
  • Demonstrate strong work ethic and leadership capabilities as a team leader / participant for assigned projects from inception to completion.
  • Exhibit enthusiasm for working in a diverse, technically demanding, and exciting technology environment.
  • Demonstrate exceptional electromechanical / machine design capabilities, including extensive product development and design for manufacturing experience.
  • Design and prototype pre-commercial, as well as new and complex commercial products.
  • Develop and complete product designs as an effective team member and / or individually as assigned by management.
  • Prepare technical documentation, including system layouts, component specifications, and calibration instructions.
  • Strong CAD and CAE design and analysis skills.

    • Minimum Qualifications :

  • Bachelors or Master of Science in Electromechanical Engineering (ABET-accredited).
  • Ten years of experience in Electromechanical Design.
  • SolidWorks proficiency.
