Must-Have :

Scrub and Circulating experience.

Proficiency in General, Robotics, Pediatrics, and Trauma cases.

EPIC EMR experience within the last 3 years.

Experience in Level I trauma centers.

Description :

This position offers same-day interviews.

Please prepare qualified candidates to receive a call from a specified area code.

As a member of the interdisciplinary team, contributes professional nursing knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients through the application of the nursing process.

Patient types primarily include cardiac patients.

Typical patient ratio is 1 : 1.

The facility has 16 beds.

Scrubs are provided.

The average caseload is 35-50 cases per day.

The expectation for turnovers is less than 20 minutes.

Special equipment includes 3 Da Vinci robots.

Stealth technology is used for neuro navigation, and primarily Synthes or Stryker for orthopedic trauma.

This facility does not perform many orthopedic joint procedures.

There are 16 operating rooms, and typically 12-14 are in regular use.

As a level 1 trauma center, space is reserved for trauma cases.

Service lines include Cardiac, Neuro, Orthopedic (primarily trauma), Robotics, Gynecology, Urology, General, Pediatrics, and Transplants.

There is a small volume of ENT and plastic procedures.

Candidates should be proficient in both Scrub and Circulating roles.

On-call duty for weekends is from the end of the shift on Friday until 6 : 30 AM on Monday.

Travelers may be required to float across various campuses.
