Pay Range : $40 - $48 / hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

• Complete ongoing education, training, and competency assessments.
• Serve as a preceptor or mentor for fellow nurses or students.
• Model professionalism and help foster a healthy work environment.
• Evidence-Based Practice and Research
• Support nursing research and performance improvement initiatives.
• Follow all healthcare system policies, regulatory standards, and accreditation requirements.
• Contribute to data collection and quality improvement projects.
• Resources and Support
• Plan and deliver patient care efficiently across the care continuum.
• Collaborate with care managers and team members to optimize outcomes and resource use.
• Help reduce avoidable days, readmissions, and adverse events.
