About Lodestar

Lodestar's mission is to develop the first "Protect and Defend" capability for high-value space assets in orbit. Our flagship product, MITHRIL , is a hardware-agnostic, AI-enabled autonomy software suite that augments any off-the-shelf spacecraft with autonomous detection, characterization, and neutralization of orbital threats. By leveraging space heritage from our satellite-bus partners and fully integrating MITHRIL into a unified platform, we provide an end-to-end, autonomous in-space bodyguarding service.

Additional Information

Compensation varies based on role, level, location, and market data. Individual pay is determined case-by-case, considering skills, education, experience, technical capabilities, and internal equity. Full-time employees may also be eligible for long-term incentives such as stock options, and benefits including medical, vision, dental coverage, and a 401(k) plan.
