Tech Lead, Web Core Product & Chrome Extension - Oceanside, USA at Speechify

This is a key role for someone who thinks strategically, enjoys fast-paced environments, and is passionate about creating delightful user experiences. Interview process involves several technical interviews with the goal of completing them within 1 week.

What You'll Do

  • Actively ship production code to the web products
  • Work closely with your dedicated product team
  • Participate in product discussions to shape the product roadmap
  • Have the opportunity to work on new and exciting features that will impact millions of users

An Ideal Candidate Should Have

  • Experience building and shipping products that have scaled to thousands or millions of users
  • Customer obsession and a passion for building high-quality products that meet customer needs
  • Speed to generate ideas and the ability to decide what can ship now versus what requires more time
  • Focus to thrive in a high-growth, remote startup environment
  • Collaboration skills to inspire, partner with, and negotiate with designers, marketers, and PMs
  • Tech Stack : Vanilla JS, ReactJS, Redux, Firebase, Typescript

    • The United States Based salary range for this role is : 140,000-200,000 USD / Year + Bonus + Stock depending on experience
