Personal Care Assistant (PCA)

Eminence Home Care in is actively seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to join our outstanding team!

As a PCA, you will provide essential support and care to individuals in their homes, assisting them in daily activities while ensuring their comfort and well-being. Your role will be vital in enhancing the quality of life for our clients, promoting dignity, and encouraging independence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist clients with personal care tasks including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Help with mobility and transfers to ensure clients can move safely around their environment.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and encourage social interaction.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping duties, such as laundry and cleaning, to maintain a safe and healthy living space.

Compensation : $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience.
