We are seeking an experienced District Manager to oversee our client’s growing fast casual restaurant brand in the Zanesville area. Restaurant District Manager Compensation & Benefits :

  • Competitive starting salary of $70k-$80k

Restaurant District Manager Responsibilities / Requirements :

  • 3+ years in multi-unit restaurant management
  • Strong business acumen and financial management
  • Engaging team leader with enthusiasm for mentoring others
  • Effectively communicate and hold managers accountable to company objectives and brand standards
  • Hire, train, and develop General Managers and Restaurant Managers; proactively build bench strength
  • Provide hands-on leadership & mentoring, fostering a cohesive team environment
  • Ability to interpret and impact P&L performance; set budgets; financial oversight of multiple locations
