Quantitative Risk Analyst -W2

Job Summary (List Format) :

• W2 role only (no C2C or sponsorship); must be local and able to work hybrid (4 days in-office)
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in risk management required
• Advanced skills in SAS and / or SQL required (3+ years); exposure to Python for risk modeling is a plus
• Strong experience in defining / extracting data elements using SQL or SAS, and building / testing ML models (3+ years)
• Experience in risk reporting and quantitative analytics
• Technical finance or analytical / statistical background, with knowledge of risk management and automotive financial services concepts
• Experience in database design, expert-level SQL, and proficiency in MS Office
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to interact with stakeholders at all levels
• Experience with cross-departmental projects and credit decision engines is highly desirable
• Responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring statistical / analytical tools for acquisitions and collections processes
• Conduct in-depth quantitative data analysis using machine learning / advanced analytics techniques
• Extract, clean, and validate data for ad hoc analyses, reporting, and model development
• Provide data-centric consulting and strategic business guidance to internal customers
• Develop, test, implement, and document machine learning models in compliance with company policies
• Collaborate with external vendors to test and implement new scoring models and products
• Generate quarterly monitoring reports and ensure thorough documentation of models and methodologies
• Stay updated and develop expertise in emerging analytics techniques, tools, and methodologies
