This position is perfect for someone with a strong culinary background who is looking to transition into a new career path within talent acquisition. As our Culinary Recruiter, you will leverage your industry knowledge and network to identify, attract, and hire top culinary and hospitality talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent Rocky Top Catering at job fairs, culinary schools, and community events, building relationships and promoting our brand as an employer of choice.
• Source and recruit culinary professionals across all levels, from line cooks to leadership roles, using creative methods and industry connections.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process : from job postings and resume screening to interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with chefs, managers, and HR to understand staffing needs and create strategic recruitment plans.
• Maintain accurate candidate and hiring records in compliance with company and legal requirements.
• Partner with culinary schools, hospitality programs, and professional networks to develop talent pipelines.
