Job Description

Join our team in building cables and connectors for space components and routers. You will be working in an ESD environment, performing hand soldering, SMT, and fine pitch tasks, often using a microscope for around five hours a day.

Responsibilities

• Build and assemble cables and connectors for space components and routers.
• Perform hand soldering, SMT, and fine pitch tasks.
• Work extensively with a microscope for precision assembly.
• Ensure all work is conducted in compliance with ESD standards.
• Interpret and work from assembly drawings.

Work Environment

The position requires working in an ESD environment, specifically in a lab setting that is semi-clean room compliant. Personal Protective Equipment includes a lab coat, hair net, and shoe covers. The role involves working on the third shift from 11 am to 7 : 30 am, with initial training on the first shift for two weeks starting at either 7 am or 8 am. You'll be assembling electronic hardware in an aerospace clean room environment.

This is a Contract position based out of San Diego, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00 / hr.
