Principal Investigator – Clinical Research

📍 Orlando, FL (relocation support available)

We are searching for a Principal Investigator to join and lead studies at a high-performing clinical research site in Orlando. This role is a critical hire, ensuring continuity of operations, sponsor confidence, and patient safety across a fast-paced portfolio of cardiometabolic, pulmonary, CNS, and vaccine trials.

The position is designed as a Principal Investigator role with a clear pathway to Medical Director within 6–12 months for physicians who demonstrate strong leadership capabilities. Experienced physician leaders may be considered directly for the Medical Director title.

As Principal Investigator, you will :

• Serve as PI on multiple active and upcoming clinical trials.
• Provide medical and scientific leadership, ensuring compliance and patient safety.
• Oversee study conduct and data integrity while building trust with sponsors and CROs.
• Collaborate with sub-investigators and clinical staff, with potential to step into a broader leadership role.
• Adapt to a high-volume site environment with flexibility for occasional evenings / weekends.
