Practice Administrator
The Practice Administrator will oversee all facets of business operations, ensuring the seamless integration of the surgical practice, med spa, and patient experience. This individual will be responsible for leading staff, improving operational efficiency, strengthening financial performance, and implementing strategies that drive growth while upholding the high-touch service culture the practice is known for.
Education & Experience
- Bachelors degree required; Masters degree or MBA preferred (advanced degree in healthcare administration a plus).
- 7+ years of experience in practice management, preferably within aesthetics, facial plastics, or cosmetic surgery.
- Proven leadership experience managing both clinical and non-clinical teams in a customer-service-oriented environment.
- Strong background in financial management, budgeting, and revenue cycle oversight.
- Proficiency with EMR and practice management systems (Nextech experience preferred).
- Demonstrated success in business development and operational growth initiatives.

Oversee all day-to-day operations across the surgical practice and med spa.Lead, coach, and develop staff to ensure a cohesive, patient-centered team culture.Ensure exceptional patient service and satisfaction at every touchpoint.Partner with the Physician Owner and leadership team to identify and implement strategic growth initiatives.Manage practice financials including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, licensing, and safety standards.Implement operational systems to improve efficiency, scheduling, and patient flow.Collaborate with marketing teams to support lead generation and conversion strategies.Represent the practice at community, professional, and vendor events to strengthen brand presence
