What would you do as a Physical Therapist - PRN

To excel as a PRN Physical Therapist at Guttenberg Municipal Hospital & Clinics, candidates must possess a Master's degree from an accredited physical therapy program, though a Bachelor's degree with relevant experience will also be considered. Current Iowa state licensure as a physical therapist and up-to-date Basic Life Saving (BLS) certification are essential. Success in this role requires strong clinical knowledge to deliver high-quality physical therapy effectively.

Additionally, candidates should be well-organized and demonstrate excellent communication skills, ensuring accurate and concise documentation. Familiarity with the EPIC platform is preferred, as it enhances the efficiency of patient care management. Your ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team and adapt to various clinical environments will be vital in providing optimal rehabilitative services to our diverse patient population.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are :

• Master's degree from an accredited school of physical therapy, Bachelor's degree will be considered with additional experience
• Current Iowa state licensure as a physical therapist;
• Must have clinical knowledge necessary to competently
• Perform quality physical therapy
• Basic Life Saving Certification
• Must be well organized
• Good education and able to maintain accurate concise documentation;
• EPIC platform experience preferred
