Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage global talent practices programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
Oversee organizational performance management processes, including goal-setting and performance reviews
Support talent review and succession planning initiatives across the organization
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in Talent Management, Organizational Effectiveness, or Organizational Development
Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional talent programs
Experience in a global, matrix-driven work environment is preferred
Familiarity with Workday is preferred
Strong data analytics skills combined with conceptual thinking
