Are you a driven Geotechnical Engineer ready to take the next step in your career? We're looking for a capable individual to manage projects, mentor staff, and build strong client relationships while delivering top-tier geotechnical solutions.

Lead & Manage – Oversee projects, cooperate with small teams, and drive successful outcomes.

Drive Client Success – Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients by representing UES's expert services.

Review & Refine – Ensure engineering analyses meet the highest standards.

Mentor & Grow – Support a culture of learning to facilitate both personal growth and the development of less experienced staff.

Get Involved – Engage in opportunities with well-respected engineering bodies such as the Geoprofessional Business Association (GBA), the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), and more.

Responsibilities

Analysis & Design

• Perform analyses : bearing capacity, settlement, slope stability, and seepage.
• Develop recommendations for shallow, deep, and mat foundations (e.g., LPILE, Settle3).
• Conduct project-specific pavement design.
• Assess seismic response and liquefaction.
• Simulate soil-structure interaction and ground improvement.
• Perform groundwater flow and seepage analyses (e.g., MODFLOW, SEEP / W, Anaqsim).
