Financial Management Unit Specialist (Representative Payee)

To support the mission of Helio Health, Inc., the Financial Management Unit Specialist (Representative Payee) is responsible for the day-to-day interaction with patients and managing their personal budgets. The successful candidate will be great with money management and possess excellent customer service skills. This is a Full-Time (days) position working out of Helio Health's Financial Management Unit.

In addition to Helio Health's comprehensive benefits package, this position is eligible for a Sign-On Incentive up to $1,500!

Pay rate : up to $18.45 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients and other assigned individuals' budgets and spending disbursements in accordance with Social Security Income Guidelines.
• Coordinates services with external case managers, managed care operators, licensing, funding, and contracting agencies.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients / residents, internal and external community agencies and organizations.
• Other duties as assigned.
