We are looking for a talented Programmer Analyst to join our team in New York, New York. In this role, you will design and maintain applications, manage data integration, and ensure system security while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have expertise in VB.Net, SQL Server, and Crystal Reports, along with a strong background in technical documentation and supporting manufacturing or consumer products environments.

Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications using VB.Net and SQL Server tools, including Management Studio 17.3.
• Create, customize, and optimize Crystal Reports to meet business reporting requirements.
• Implement and support integrations with external trading partners to ensure seamless data exchange.
• Perform data transformation processes to maintain data accuracy and integrity across systems.
• Develop and manage secure web portals for accessing production systems.
• Produce clear and detailed technical documentation for applications, system integrations, and workflows.
• Collaborate with various teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to applications, integrations, and data processing.
• Adhere to best practices for coding, security, and compliance standards.
• Contribute to technology initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency within a manufacturing or consumer products environment.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software and application development.
• Proficiency in VB.Net, SQL Server 2017, Management Studio 17.3, and Crystal Reports.
• Familiarity with data transformation processes and tools.
• Strong skills in creating technical documentation, including system specifications and workflow diagrams.
• Experience in developing secure web portals for production system access.
• Background in manufacturing or consumer products industries.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Must reside in the Metro New York area and be available for on-site work.
