We are seeking a motivated, self-starting individual to assist our Sales & Account Management Team. This role requires a friendly and engaging demeanor, with a focus on providing exceptional service during open enrollment periods. Our ideal candidate possesses prior experience in sales or open enrollment, along with knowledge of the health insurance industry and HIPAA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Attend Benefit / Health Fairs, Wellness Events, and Open Enrollment Meetings.
• Educate customers about our benefits and plan offerings, and address any questions they may have.
• Engage with a diverse range of customers, including employers, prospective and existing members, and brokers.

Travel Requirements

This position involves traveling, including trips to our SHP Site for material pickup and drop-off.

Schedule

The work schedule involves intermittent hours based on open enrollment assignments. This is an on-call position, contracted according to the volume of open enrollment meetings.
