Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET)

Genesis10 is currently seeking a SDET for a 6 month contract role in the healthcare industry in Eden Prairie, MN. This role is 100% remote. Summary : Our client is seeking Software Development Engineers in Test (SDETs) to join the Utilization Management 2025 CR3 project. The ideal candidate will be a strong automation engineer with expertise in modern testing frameworks, capable of delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines. The application under test is a Java-based backend with a React UI front end, hosted in Azure. As an SDET, you'll design and implement test automation to ensure product quality, compliance, and reliability, while working alongside developers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders. Required Skills Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript. Hands-on experience with Playwright for end-to-end test automation. Solid understanding of test automation frameworks, design patterns, and best practices. Strong automation experience Experienced in working on high-pressure engagements Compensation : Hourly W2 pay : $65.00 to $72.00 / hour We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
