• ? Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Independent Living Dining Room for dinner, as well as the adjacent Bistro for breakfast and lunch. The role includes, motivating and coaching of employees as required, including service recovery, a high level of hospitality, and customer service
• ? Support the dining team with food production planning, waste management, record keeping, follow up, and modification based on client volumes; working well with back-of-the-house teams is essential
• ? Assist with the flow of day-to-day operations on the floor to ensure that all residents, clients and peers are treated with respect and empathy
• ? Assist with training and development of staff, encouragement and reinforcement of policies and procedures in a respectful and positive environment
• ? Ensure food safety standards and HACCP are always enforced
• ? Assist in dealing with staff related issues such as vacation requests, progressive discipline, etc.
• ? Ensure adherence to all of ARAMARK SeniorLIFE+ and Client Community Policies and Procedures
• ? Ensure adherence to ARAMARK SeniorLIFE+ and Client Community Health and Safety Policy
