Field Sales Consultant (In-Home Sales)

Midtown Home Improvements is a veteran, family-owned company with 35+ years of experience in the remodeling industry. We're growing fast and looking for motivated sales pros ready to close high-quality leads.

No cold calling - all appointments are preset

Run 2-3 in-home appointments per day

Average earnings : $150K-$160K

Top 25% earn $200K+

What You'll Do :

  • Meet with homeowners for pre-scheduled in-home consultations
  • Present and sell decks, fencing, windows, siding, and roofing
  • Use proven tools and systems to close deals

    • What You Need :

  • 1-2 years of in-home sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication and closing skills
  • Reliable transportation & valid driver's license
  • A professional appearance and go-getter mindset
