How you will contribute :

This is a great opportunity to perfect your sales skills by identifying new business opportunities and establishing new accounts, selling profitable work, and developing new customer bases on new construction and service contracts. You will develop sales plans and objectives regarding new work, contract negotiation, claims resolution, and future work potential. This position also serves as the team project leader during work acquisition and project execution while utilizing sales tools to plan and document progress as well as increase business opportunity in accounts.

What you need to qualify :

Ahern will make the most of your previous fire protection service or similar service-related experience. Prior experience in sales, the level of which is likely attained with 2 or more years of related experience is preferred. Successful candidates will have demonstrated excellence in customer service, organization, and communication skills. You can stand out above other candidates by demonstrating the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven work environment. Demonstrating scholastic aptitude or formal education in engineering, fluid dynamics, or related technical disciplines if preferred, as well as the ability to learn and apply water flow calculations and design principles for sprinkler systems. Being a self-starter and possessing the ability to work independently will be essential.
