Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A rewarding opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to support K-12 students in an engaging educational environment in Gastonia, NC. This full-time contract position offers an exciting chance to make a meaningful impact on the communication development of elementary and PreK age groups. The role is set to begin immediately and continues through May 20th, 2026.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide speech-language pathology services aligned with student Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Collaborate with educators and families to create positive outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development activities.

Qualifications :

  • Current NC SLP License is required.
  • Credentials such as SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLP-School preferred.
  • Experience working with PreK or elementary age groups in school settings.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage caseload and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
