Experience : New graduates accepted; Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred

License : State License Verification required

Certifications : Covid test 72 hours prior with results 48 hours before start

Must-Have : Complete prescreen, attached resume, and license verification

Job Description :

• Assist physical therapists in the treatment and care of patients.
• Follow treatment plans developed by physical therapists to help patients regain physical capabilities.
• Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient care.
• Participate in meetings and professional development activities as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervising therapists.
