Responsibilities Answer inbound sales calls and conduct outbound follow-up calls to close sales. Actively listen to identify customer needs and provide the best insurance solutions. Use a customer-focused, needs-based approach to educate clients on their coverage options. Convert inbound leads into closed policies Assist with remarketing and policy retention to ensure clients have the best coverage. Establish strong client relationships and foster additional leads and referrals. Meet and exceed monthly sales goals. Maintain compliance with licensing, agency, and carrier requirements. Requirements Minimum of three to five years of experience in personal lines insurance sales required; brokerage experience highly preferred (we have over 70 different carriers). Must have a valid Texas Property & Casualty / General Lines License (Required – No Exceptions). This role requires recent experience in personal lines insurance sales. Only candidates meeting this qualification will be considered. Must be available to work on-site or hybrid, Monday-Friday from 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 30 PM. Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and listening—along with proficiency in basic computer systems are essential for success in this position. Seeking a dedicated professional with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a genuine enthusiasm for assisting others. Strong sales background with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding production goals. Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong problem solver. Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Familiarity with EZLynx preferred (but training is available).
