Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of small business voice and data products, serving as the primary contact for customers
Act as the subject matter expert for small business products and provide customer training and documentation
Participate in special projects and maintain knowledge of new technologies and product offerings
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience in telecommunications, customer service, or implementation
Experience in a direct sales program is preferred
Associate's degree is preferred
Familiarity with relevant products and services
Working knowledge of Microsoft suite and customer information systems
