Flex schedule possible Adult / adolescent patient base : 1.5 hour evaluations, 20 min follow ups 18 vacation days, 10 holidays, 10 sick days, 5 personal days, CME, etc. Candidate must possess or be willing to receive X Waiver for Suboxone Vacation increase up to a total of 24 days in year 5 (nearly 8 weeks PTO) $140K to $160K depending on experience + full and exceptional benefits
