Locum Physician (MD / DO) - Pulmonology in Kentucky

We are seeking a Pulmonologist for a locum tenens assignment in Kentucky, beginning Sep 29, 2025, for an 84-day contract. The schedule follows a 7 on / 7 off model with day shifts from 8am to 5pm. This role focuses on providing pulmonary consults and managing cases in an ICU setting. Job Details Location : Kentucky Start Date : Sep 29, 2025 LOA : 84 days Provider Type Needed : Pulmonologist Schedule : 7 on / 7 off, 8am-5pm Responsibilities and Duties Provide pulmonary consults for ICU patients Manage cases in an ICU Perform oral / nasal intubation Conduct thoracentesis and bronchoscopy with biopsy Place central venous and arterial lines Perform arterial puncture Manage ventilators Conduct tube thoracostomy procedures Additional Information Must have completed pulmonary training ICU experience with case logs required within the last 2 years Kentucky medical license required Board certification in Pulmonary Disease is required Experience with Meditech EHR preferred Benefits Strong compensation Travel-related expenses covered A-rated medical malpractice insurance provided Dedicated recruiter for future travel opportunities What are Locum Tenens Jobs?
