The Sheppard Pratt School in Cumberland is a nonpublic special education day school dedicated to providing year-round educational, vocational, and daily living services to students in grades K-12. What to expect.

You will promote the health and well-being of our students, ensuring they have access to quality medical care and support through their educational journey. You will provide comprehensive nursing care to students with various medical needs , including but not limited to medication, administration wound care, and first aid.

Specific responsibilities include :

• Coordinating with caregivers to provide medical treatment as indicated by student’s health needs and history.
• Supporting the school psychiatrist in medication management.
• Maintaining cumulative and comprehensive documentation for each student’s health record.
