Fundamental understanding and experience with : P6, CAD, Projects, Bluebeam, Excel, Navis Works, Microsoft Office Suite including, Excel, Access, Word, Outlook, and Adobe. Effective written and oral communications. Ability to work a full-time schedule. Demonstrated ability in drafting / CAD, computer skills estimating / pricing, and project management. Experience developing construction project schedules. Must have ability to pass pre-employment screening.

Trillium Construction is hiring Project Controls Coordinator / Schedulers with Industrial Process Piping & Mechanical Experience.
This position requires travel (travel 2x a month for 2-3 days at a time). Pay is DOE starting at $70,000 per year with overtime opportunity. Per diem is available while traveling and is paid on a per project basis, based on geographic location.
Job Duties
- Completes detailed calculations to verify system design meets code and standard requirements.
- Participates in pre / post project design meeting and attends customer / site coordination meetings, as applicable.
- Develops bill of materials to facilitate construction.
- Provides support to Project Managers when orders have been received to assist in maintaining and / or improving project margins.
- Development, maintenance, and monitoring of construction CPM Schedule(s).
- Review project documents and specifications to accurately develop baseline schedules which include all required dates, activities, and milestones.
- Perform progress schedule updates to include comprehensive reporting and narratives.
