Responsible for implementing occupational therapy plan of care under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist.

Education :

Associate's degree-Occupational Therapy Assistant

Licenses and Certification :

Illinois Occupational Therapy Assistant License (or letter from the state showing license pending and this job code would be 3545) BLS

Experience and Skills :

Technical Experience : N / A

Role Specific Responsibilities :

Implements Plan of Care

Measures and communicates progress towards goals

Documentation is accurate, complete and timely

Provides supervision to rehab techs and students

Inpatient :

Provide weekend and holiday coverage per department guidelines

Compensation (Commensurate with experience) : $26.10 - $40.46
