• Champion product excellence through routine inspections of raw materials and finished products.
• Decode quality data to identify trends and pinpoint non-conformities.
• Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Deliver precise quality reports and metrics to inform decision-making.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce defects. What Are We Looking For
• Analytical thinker who interprets complex data to drive effective quality solutions.
• Clear communicator adept at influencing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Proactive problem-solver focused on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• Proficient in quality control methodologies (Indiana CAP) and safety regulations. Conditions of Employment
• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug / alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. Work Environment
• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
