The Mannik & Smith Group (MSG) is growing our Transportation team and seeking a Structural Detailer to support bridge and culvert projects. If you have a strong eye for detail, CAD expertise, and a passion for helping bring transportation structures from design to reality, this is the perfect role to advance your career.

This position is available in any of MSG's offices in Michigan or Ohio

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed structural drawings and plans using AutoCAD and OpenRoads Designer (MicroStation)
• Translate engineering designs into precise, buildable plans for construction teams
• Assist engineers in bridge and culvert projects , ensuring plans meet MDOT and client requirements
• Maintain organized documentation and track revisions to ensure project accuracy
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, supporting transportation engineers and designers
