Job Title : General Manager

We are seeking a General Manager for our upscale restaurant. The ideal candidate is currently an Assistant General Manager who is service-oriented and ready for a growth opportunity.

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive salary : $75,000 - $85,000

Responsibilities and Qualifications

Preference given to candidates with experience in team building and implementing front-of-house (FOH) and HR systems

Minimum of 3 years managing a high-volume fine-dining restaurant, with experience in hosting private events or similar relevant experience

Hands-on, service-oriented leader capable of motivating and training the team

Manage and lead the FOH leadership team, including the Assistant General Manager

Set standards for exceptional hospitality and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences
