Manage all project phases, from initiation to completion

Lead project teams and ensure effective collaboration

Control project budgets and track financial performance

Maintain high safety and quality standards

Mitigate risks and resolve issues to stay on track

Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders

Ensure timely delivery and adherence to schedules

Negotiate and manage contracts with clients and subcontractors

Provide regular project updates and progress reports

Proven experience in managing healthcare and commercial projects like hospital, MOBs, emergency rooms assisted living and others.

AHCA experience is a huge plus

Good and stable tenure in recent positions, with 3+ years of experience.

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and inspire diverse project teams

Excellent client-facing communication and relationship-building abilities

A deep understanding of construction processes, safety protocols, and quality assurance

Strong negotiation skills with experience managing contracts and subcontractors

A track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards

A competitive salary range of around $115,000 to $135,000 yearly.
