Responsibilities
- The focus of this role is to examine, interpret, negotiate and generate Lease Documents and abstracts.
- Examine, negotiate and generate Purchase and Sale Agreements
- Examine, negotiate and generate Construction / Financing and Architectural Contracts
- Examine, negotiate and generate loan documentation and closing documents
- Review construction draws and escrow agreements
- Structure Partnership Agreements and Joint Ventures
- Coordination of outside law firms (RE tax appeal, litigation, Federal Tax, Zoning and other)
- Personal legal work of stakeholders
