Overview

We’re looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Learning Visual Design Specialist to join the team. The ideal candidate will be a master of brand identity and visual consistency, with expertise in creating scalable design templates and transforming complex content into engaging, visually impactful learning experiences.

This role thrives on collaboration. You’ll build strong partnerships with stakeholders and leaders, ensuring learning initiatives align with organizational goals. You’ll also act as a reliable contact for teammates, keeping projects on track and building trust across global teams.

Location : Fully Remote (must reside in Alberta or Ontario, Canada - no exceptions)

Contract : 6+ months

Rate : $36 / hourly CAD

Responsibilities

• Lead the visual design of learning programs, ensuring consistency and providing templated options that streamline content creation.
• Partner with instructional designers and program owners to align visuals with learning objectives and create experiences that drive engagement.
• Apply visual design principles across new platforms and tools, advancing the learning tech stack and enhancing learner experience.
