GENERAL DESCRIPTION

As a key member of the Marketing Creative team at Naterra International, the Digital Designer is responsible for supporting brand and key product strategies through digital execution. You will design and produce content and marketing assets for Naterra’s brand websites for Tree Hut, Baby Magic, and more. Additionally, you will design email marketing campaigns and create video assets for retail partners, brand stores, and PDP pages to enhance engagement and conversions.

Please note that this role requires in-office work at our Coppell, TX location. Remote or hybrid options are not available.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Collaborate across Brand, Marketing, and Creative teams to develop digital assets for multiple channels, including web banners, landing pages, emails, and content (still and animated).
• Design static and animated videos for PDP pages to maximize engagement.
• Use motion design software (e.g., After Effects) to create dynamic video content and animations for digital ads and PDP pages.
• Develop static ads for paid media channels based on data insights to optimize performance and drive conversions.
• Innovate and build new digital features and landing pages to elevate Naterra’s websites and email products.
• Create wireframes in low fidelity and high-fidelity web designs in Figma for campaigns and prototypes.
• Design responsive web experiences and e-commerce features such as collection templates, PDP templates, cart experiences, bundle builders, and customer portals.
• Tailor creative assets to meet the specific format, size, and visual requirements of major retailers like Target, Ulta, Walmart, and Amazon for store and product pages.
• Assist in creating on-demand assets for time-sensitive campaigns, promotions, or seasonal initiatives.
• Handle all digital design requests, including asset sharing, image manipulation, mockups, retouching, and color correction.
• Produce a high volume of static images for digital marketing campaigns, meticulously adapting assets to retailer specifications.
