The Job : As a Group Services Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping exceptional guest experiences with your warm demeanor and outstanding service. The Starting Rate : $27.83 per hour The Day-to-Day :

• Oversee daily operations, budgeting, labor management, and marketing strategies for Group Services to ensure alignment with property goals and profitability.
• Lead and develop staff through effective communication, training, feedback, and mentorship, promoting teamwork, recognition, and diversity.
• Maintain strong collaboration with Sales, Convention Services, and other departments to resolve service issues and maximize guest satisfaction.
• Monitor group blocks, reports, and schedules to ensure accuracy, balance workloads, and optimize room inventory and revenue.
• Coordinate with corporate and marketing teams to implement updates, ensuring timely and efficient execution of all departmental functions.
