Project Manager - Transformation

Project manage Association transformation projects from end-to-end. Provide critical partner and project team management and communication to accomplish goals with efficiency and efficacy. Report to the Senior Program Manager - Transformation as an individual contributor and use a hybrid work schedule.

You will :

  • Collaborate with important company partners and project sponsor(s) to understand, define, and document scope of work, budget, and resources needed.
  • Manage, distribute, and archive project scope documents, project plans, schedules, project scorecards, and other critical and essential project documentation.
  • Guide delivery of projects by ensuring deliverable due dates are met, and by navigating schedule changes, resource challenges, enforcing milestones / deadlines, tracking risks and escalating.
  • Convene, facilitate, and document project meetings, ensuring communication of critical information to project team, partners, and sponsor(s).
  • Contribute to culture of operational improvement by conducting retrospectives or lessons-learned meetings.
  • Promote continuous improvement by project management of multiple teams and other efforts, including those focused on effectiveness of business activities and processes, using process optimization methodologies and concepts such as Lean, Agile, and Six Sigma.
  • In collaboration with functional team, lead, coordinate and assign resources or third parties / vendors for projects.

You have :

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years experience managing complex projects
  • Project Management certification (e.g. PMP or Prince 2)

    The Annual Salary Range for this role is : $80,000- $101,000. Please note, this is a standard range and exact compensation may vary based on experience and location. If you'd like to understand more on the salary range, please contact the recruiter listed on this posting.
