Ensure compliance with Google's project milestones and gPOR requirements. Budget & Schedule Management Oversee scheduling to ensure milestone dates are achieved across overlapping project phases (Bldgs. 1-4). Quality, Safety & Compliance Oversee inspections, technical testing, and adherence to quality control processes. Coordinate with local AHJs to ensure compliance with codes and permitting requirements. Logistics & Supply Chain Review RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications related to CSA and logistics. Oversee supply chain coordination and risk mitigation. Reporting & Communication Serve as the primary interface with Google's regional controls and project leadership teams. Ensure clear communication across stakeholders, escalating risks or issues proactively. Commissioning & Closeout Ensure orderly project turnover and closeout documentation for CSA and logistics packages. 10+ years of construction management / owner's rep experience, with significant exposure to CSA and logistics scopes. Strong preference for data center, semiconductor, or other hyperscale / mission-critical environments. Proven background in budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and field coordination. Effective communicator with ability to coordinate diverse teams in high-pressure, fast-paced environments. Role Overview :
The ORPM for CSA & Logistics will serve as Google's on-site representative for civil, structural, architectural (CSA) and logistics scopes of work at the Indianapolis MNO Campus, supporting the delivery of four hyperscale data center buildings. This role functions as a direct extension of the Owner's Project Controls team, ensuring projects are executed safely, on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Project & Scope Oversight
Manage CSA and logistics scopes across the entire campus (mass grading, site utilities, roads, structural, architectural, warehousing, laydown, material movement, and site logistics).
Track budgets for CSA and logistics scopes; identify opportunities for value engineering.
Monitor and support contractor safety programs, ensuring alignment with Google's standards.
Manage material flow, laydown areas, and site logistics to minimize conflicts and optimize productivity.
Provide consistent project reporting, including schedule adherence, cost tracking, safety metrics, and KPI performance.
Support integration of CSA systems into commissioning activities.
