We are seeking a full-time, team-oriented Medical Physicist to join a community-based cancer care network in Texas. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a network of facilities equipped with advanced radiation therapy technology.
Facilities & Equipment :
- Network of 10 cancer centers on the Gulf Coast
- 10 Linacs (TrueBeam & C-Series), 4 Elekta HDRs
- ARIA ROIS, Eclipse, RadCalc, SNC SunCHECK
- QA tools : IC Profiler, MapCheck2, SNC Routine, 3D scanning systems
- Treating ~250 patients / day with a dedicated team of physicists, oncologists, dosimetrists, and residents
Key Responsibilities :
Provide full range of on-site clinical medical physics support, including HDRSupport physics operations across regional sites as neededCalibrate and maintain treatment planning and dosimetric equipmentAdvise and collaborate with physicians and technical staff during patient planning and treatmentDesired Skills & Qualifications :
Master’s degree or PhD in Physics or Medical Physics from an accredited institutionABR certified or completed CAMPEP-approved residency and board eligibleTexas Medical Board license required (or must be obtained)U.S. Citizen or Green Card holderKeywords / Position Titles for Search :
