The opportunity

The Structured Finance group, is a group within FSO that specializes in addressing varying needs of market participants in the securitization marketplace across asset classes, including asset-backed securities (ABS), commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS), residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS) and collateralized loan obligations (CLO). The securitization market is a dynamic marketplace, continuously evolving with new regulations and technological advances every day. This is a great opportunity to work in this fast-paced environment, support diverse engagement teams and work with a wide variety of clients on strategic and global priority accounts.

Your key responsibilities

The Structured Finance Valuation Analysis and Pricing (VAP) Team provides an array of services to the firm's audit clients in the analysis of their portfolios of fixed income investments, including ABS, CMBS, RMBS and CLOs.

• Supporting engagement teams with diverse skills and backgrounds, fostering an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment
• Leveraging market knowledge and third party technology platforms in order to provide in depth analysis on structured product securities
• Creating cashflow models for securitized products and discussing modeling methodologies and assumptions with clients and audit teams
• Establishing relationships with client personnel
• Remaining current on new developments in consulting services capabilities and industry knowledge

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $103,300 to $170,500. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $123,900 to $193,800. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.

Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
