A company is looking for a Contact Center Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Communicates with patients via phone in a professional manner
Schedules appointments and manages patient registration and rescheduling
Updates computer databases and works with online scheduling systems
Required Qualifications
High School Graduate or Equivalent
Previous customer service experience
Proficient with computer programs : Email, PowerPoint, Excel, Word
Experience in a medical office or medical call center setting preferred
Bilingual Spanish speaker is a plus
