Pay Information

$135 per hour

About The Position

Ready to elevate your NICU career with  $135 / hr pay ,  comprehensive malpractice coverage , and  complimentary travel & lodging ? Join a Level 3 NICU team in  Bismarck, North Dakota , working critical night shifts caring for our tiniest, most vulnerable patients.

💰 Competitive pay rate :   $135 / hr

🛡️ Comprehensive malpractice included

✈️ Complimentary travel & lodging—flexible options accepted

🕒 Night shifts,  16-hour blocks (3pm–7am) , primarily  Fri–Mon coverage

🚁 Must be confident performing  ground & air transports (fixed wing)

🏥 Work in a cutting-edge Level 3 NICU

🩺 Perform advanced procedures :   intubations, central & arterial lines , attend high-risk deliveries

💻 Utilize EPIC EMR with strong support staff available

Requirements :

✅ Board Certified Nurse Practitioner

✅ ND State License (or willing to obtain)

✅ DEA & NRP certification required before start

✅ Willingness and ability to perform  air and ground neonatal transports
