Oncology - Radiation Physician

Location : Dubuque, IA Position Type : Locum Physician Radiation Oncology Overview This locum opportunity provides outpatient-focused Radiation Oncology coverage , including conventional and advanced therapies such as IMRT, IGRT, SBRT, and Stereotactic Radiosurgery . You will treat adult patients in a Trauma Level 2 facility with a collaborative team. Practice Highlights

• Clinic Hours : 8 AM 4 : 30 PM, Monday Friday (30-min lunch)
• No call required
• Average Outpatient Volume : patients / day (treatments, follow-ups, consults)
• Average Inpatient Volume : 0 1 patient / day
• EMR : Aria
• Minimum 2-week coverage stretches , ideally 2 on / 2 off schedule with another provider
• Required Procedures : Conventional Radiotherapy, 3D Radiotherapy, IMRT, IGRT, 3D-CRT, SBRT, Stereotactic Radiosurgery, Photon Beam, Fractionated Stereotactic Radiotherapy Candidate Requirements
• Board Certified REQUIRED
• Active IA License or Active IMLC REQUIRED
• COVID Vaccine REQUIRED
• Must be able to start ASAP upon credentialing (temporary privileges available in days)
• Clean Background / Malpractice REQUIRED
• EMR experience (Aria) HIGHLY PREFERRED
• Local / within driving distance HIGHLY PREFERRED Schedule & Coverage
• 8-hour shifts : 8 AM 4 : 30 PM
• Coverage required for minimum 2-week stretches , ideally 2 providers alternating for continuity
